Dr. Deonte Tyson
Throughout his more than 17 years in education, Dr. Deonte Tyson has had the opportunity to assist educational institutions and non-profit organizations in multiple states. He believes in focusing on every person he works with and helping them maximize their potential and reach their personal goals. In order to do this, he uses a differentiated set of activities and pedagogical methods.

Before beginning his own practice, Deonte held several leadership positions in multiple organizations. After seeing the benefit of the coaching that he was doing there, he decided that he wanted to have the opportunity to share his knowledge globally.
Deonte specializes in using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to allow for clients to look deeper into who they are at work and outside of work. The MBTI allows clients to further understand their preferences and to see how they show up daily. This allows clients to see their assessment and create clear goals to move to that next level (personally or professionally).
Deonte is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his family. In his spare time, Deonte enjoys reading, playing racquetball and pickleball and is currently in the beginning stages of improving his golf game.
